Development workflow for early phase creative startups
I've been involved in a number of startups, but they've all had technical people in place fairly early. Many startups, however, don't have that; many startups are founded by creatives or business people. This video intends to help those startups avoid runway-killing "waste" by outlining what a CTO (Chief Technical Officer) would do, what basic agile software engineering workflow looks like, and giving some broad advice on what to get in place before hiring developers.
